You can use the sticker to decorate the birthday child's hat to make him/her extra special! How to put the hats together: 1. Place a dinosaur sticker on a hat. (If using) 2. Put the cone hat together. 3. Fold the tab on the spike so the adhesive area is facing out. 4. Peel the white paper off the tab and gently attach it to the hat along the seam.
