Good product. Nothing fancy about it but it is as described and installs easily. I have no complaints. Do yourself a favor and make sure to install in wall studs or with some good wall anchors, I have seen people severely weigh down wall hangers much shorter than this. Large loaded purses, winter hunting or off roading gear, etc. can really add up in weight and a lot of hooks to do it with on this one.The rack itself is nice. Not great as it does bend somewhat but overall sturdy. I used the drywall kit that came with it to attach it to my wall. That was easy to do and the rack has stayed in place now for a few weeks. It's not loose at all. The drawback is when I went to put the black plastic screw caps over the screws they broke immediately. They're very flimsy and just cracked with the slightest pressure. I'm not a picky person so I don't mind having the silver screws visible. Other people may mind so just proceed with caution.What most people may find surprising about the "WEBI Coat Rack Wall Mounted,37 5/8'' Long Coat Hanger," is its ability to hang more that coats. Even though its primary existence is "coat based," through experience I found it can also hang hats, an apron, sweatshirts, lanyards, and (on occasion) hangers holding other garments! It could have been thicker. Originally I thought to return it but after I installed it, it actually looked good on the wall. Hooks are solid. No doubt on that.We ordered two of these and they were perfect for our application. We installed one in the bedroom in our RV, and the other in the bathroom in our RV. Once installed, they are very sturdy, and all the hardware needed is included. Although these look heavy, they are not heavy, which is a plus for use in our camper.Well made and easy to install.Racks look nice and are light, which is nice considering they are metal. But they do not feel solid - kind of flimsy. I hope that they'll hold up since they're firmly mounted onto the wall.The hooks are not welded on; they are screwed on. The issue with this is if they come loose over time, I will have you take the whole thing off the wall and tighten them. Then, re-mounting them will pose a challenge because they won't be as tight against the wall.All in all, they look nice and serve the purpose, but for the quality they should cost much less. Disappointed, but reluctantly going to keep them because I don't want to go through hanging others all over again.We choose this for size and the number of coats and jackets it could hold. This item fits nice and flush against the wall in our utility room.
